FastLane Labs
FastLane: 10% to 75% market share in under 18 months
The situation
FastLane Labs built Atlas, an MEV auction. On Polygon, the auction started at 10% market share, with 8 validators integrated and $50M of network stake weight.
The auction earns share one validator at a time. Each validator decides to run it, and those decisions sit with the staking teams at exchanges and staking providers. A small vendor has to earn a meeting with each of them.
What we did
- Buyers ready now
- We listed the validators and staking providers with a public reason to act now, and contacted them first.
- The institutional case
- We wrote the case each staking team needed to take to its own approvers: what the auction pays and what integration takes.
- Meetings
- We booked meetings with the people who decide, and our team ran every call.
- Close with a next step
- Each call ended with a dated next step for both sides.

What it means for you
If your product grows only when institutions integrate, list or sign, Outbound runs this method for you. We find the buyers with a public reason to act now, write the case they take to their approvers, and book the meetings in your name. Outbound is $5K/mo plus $750 to $1,000 per qualified meeting. A qualified meeting is your ICP, a Director-plus attendee and 15 minutes attended. Month one builds and warms the infrastructure, and meetings start in month two.
